Please read these Terms carefully before using romoji. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the policies of the third-party providers we rely on.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using romoji, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

romoji is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the service, you represent that you meet the age requirement and can enter into these Terms.

You must also comply with Roblox's terms and community standards, and with the rules of any other platform you link to your profile.

3. Description of Service

romoji is an independent third-party utility platform for Roblox users. It provides profile pages, combo search, onboarding, moderation tooling, and optional subscription tiers.

romoji is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. We do not control Roblox or any third-party platform.

4. User Accounts and Verification

To create a profile, you must complete email verification and Roblox ownership verification by placing your assigned Combo in your Roblox bio and successfully passing verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Unverified accounts may not access the dashboard.

5. User Content and Combos

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create, including your Combo, bio, and links. By submitting content to romoji, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service.

You agree not to create or use Combos that are obscene, hateful, harassing, illegal, or intended to evade platform safety systems in bad faith. We may remove or block content that violates these Terms.

6. Data Collection and Linking

To provide the service and improve safety, romoji may collect and store your Roblox User ID, Roblox username, Discord identity if linked, your email address, your Combo, moderation outcomes, and links to other platforms you choose to add.

We may use this data internally for moderation, security, abuse prevention, account recovery.

By using romoji, you consent to this collection, storage, and processing for service operation and safety purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

romoji offers free and paid subscription tiers. Payments and subscription management are processed by Polar.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in the Polar customer portal. We do not store full card details.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the billing provider's terms.

Chargebacks or fraudulent payment attempts may result in immediate account termination.

8. No Affiliation with Roblox

romoji is an independent service. Roblox Corporation is not responsible for this platform. Any issues arising from the use of Combos on Roblox are solely between you and Roblox. We are not liable for any actions taken by Roblox against your account (including warnings, bans, or restrictions).

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use romoji to:

Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
Promote or engage in illegal activities
Attempt to bypass Roblox safety systems or filters in bad faith
Upload or share malicious links, malware, or phishing content
Scrape, data mine, or excessively burden our infrastructure
Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems without authorization

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, romoji, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for user content, links, or behavior. You use romoji at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless romoji, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse, safety reasons, or legal compliance. We may retain limited account-identifying information where necessary for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
